五、性狀：白色結晶顆粒或白色至灰白色結晶體粉末，無臭，無味，稍有吸濕性。它在空氣中穩定，易溶于水，幾乎不溶于乙醇。5%水溶液pH值為4-6。對重金屬離子有很強的絡合能力，形成穩定的水溶性絡合物，除去和消除重金屬離子或由其引起的有害作用。
六、用途：可以用作螯合劑，防腐劑，抗氧化增效劑，加工助劑。
七、包裝：內襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。
八、貯存與運輸：本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中，裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It occurs as white crystalline particle white to gray white crystalline powder, odorless tasteless. It absorbs moisture slightly. It’s easily soluble in water almost insoluble in ethanol.pH of 5% aqueous solution is 4-6. Its’ complex capacity is very strong. It reacts with heavy metal ions to form stable soluble complex compound so as to remove these heavy metal ions the harmful effects caused by them.
6、Usage: It can be used as chelate agent, preservative, antioxidant processing aid.
7、 Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
