? 超高強度:四針狀氧化鋅晶須為單晶體鉛鋅礦結構,幾乎沒有結構缺陷,屬于理想的結晶體,具有極高的力學強度和彈性模 量:拉伸強度和彈性模量分別達到1.0×104MPa和3.5×105MPa,接近理論強度值。
? 各向同性:特殊的立體四針狀結構,使其在具有完全各向同性的增強、改性作用,保證了材料和制品在力學性能、尺寸均 勻性、熱收縮、熱變形和其它使用性能等方面的各向同性。
? 優異的耐熱性:氧化鋅的熔點高于1800℃,四針狀氧化鋅晶須可耐1720℃的高溫(高于此溫度可能升華),常壓下空氣中 1000℃以上可能導致部分尖端納米結構受損。
? 可調的電學性能:氧化鋅屬于N-型半導體,可以通過摻雜等手段控制其導電、壓電、壓敏等電學性能。? 納米半導體活性:由于結構的特殊性,使其表現出特殊的尖端納米活性;由于非嚴格化學配比的半導體特性,使其具有釋放活性氧的作用;宏觀表現為高效、廣譜、持久的抗菌和環境凈化作用。
